Tim Knight
Tim Knight has coached hockey programs around the lower mainland and Sea to Sky area for the past 25 years. He has been involved with BC Hockey's U16 Pursuit of Excellence program for 10 years and has coached multiple U18AAA/U15AAA clubs with the BCEHL.

He is the founder of three High School hockey academies in the Sea to Sky Region and also was part of establishing the BC Hockey High School Championship BCHSHL Pilot. His goal is for the program to serve the young men throughout their years in hockey, but more importantly teach them values that they can take for the rest of their lives.

Massimo Felicella
Massimo Felicella begins his first season as head coach of the U17 Vancouver North West Hawks, after serving as the team’s assistant coach during the 2024-25 season.

Felicella has over 10 years of coaching experience at the minor hockey level. Most recently, he was the head coach of North Vancouver Minor Hockey Association’s (MHA) U18 Tier 1 team for the past three seasons. Prior to joining North Vancouver MHA, he was an assistant coach at the U15 and U18 levels with Kelowna MHA between 2015-2017.
Felicella graduated from Capilano University in 2022.

Darryl Erickson
Darryl Erickson begins his first season with the BCEHL as head coach of the U15 Vancouver North West Hawks.

Erickson joins the BCEHL from the Canadian Sport School Hockey League, where he was an assistant coach with the U17 North Shore Warriors during the 2024-25 season. He brings over 30 years of coaching experience in the Lower Mainland, including time with Coquitlam MHA (2015-2023) and Ridge Meadows MHA (2020-2022). He was the inaugural head coach of the Vancouver North East Attack (now Chiefs) of the British Columbia Major Midget League from 2004-2006 and won the league championship during the 2005-06 season.
Erickson resides in North Delta and is currently retired.
